What are the surface treatment processes of aluminum veneers? At present, Yunnan aluminum veneer manufacturers mainly have three spraying processes, namely electrostatic powder spraying, polyester paint spraying and fluorocarbon paint spraying. The prices of these three spraying processes are very different. Let's describe the characteristics of these three spraying technologies.
1. Electrostatic powder spraying, the main components are polyurethane, epoxy resin, etc. The characteristics are simple spraying construction, good impact resistance, friction resistance and corrosion resistance. Its weakness is that it is afraid of poor weather resistance caused by ultraviolet rays from the sun. Aluminum veneer will fade naturally after long-term exposure to the outside, resulting in serious color difference, which will be obvious after 2 to 5 years of use.
2. Polyester paint spraying, also known as unsaturated polyester paint in polyester paint, is a thick paint made of polyester resin as the main film-forming material. Polyester paint has the advantages of high solid content, good hardness, beautiful color and strong corrosion resistance, but the disadvantage is that the weather resistance is not very good, and the resistance to sunlight and ultraviolet rays is weak.
3. Fluorocarbon paint spraying. The main component of fluorocarbon coating is polyvinylidene fluoride resin nCH2CF2 baking (CH2CF2) n (PVDF) as aggregate, and the chemical structure fluorine in the fluorocarbon substrate is combined with carbonization. Fluorocarbon coatings are highly resistant to wear and impact, strong in fading resistance, and strong in UV resistance in adverse weather conditions, so that the aluminum veneers used for exterior walls will not be seriously discolored. The fluorocarbon aluminum veneers produced by Tiandiba in use are coated three times with primer, topcoat, and topcoat, which is a guarantee that the service life of the three fluorocarbon coatings can reach 20 years.
