1. Transport aluminum veneers and accessories to each construction site with vertical transportation equipment such as elevators.
2. Use a detergent to clean the indoor side of the aluminum veneer and the surface of the column frame.
3. The entire aluminum veneer is connected to the keel (angle steel) through the aluminum angle code around it and fixed on the keel.
4. Fixing method: if it is seamless splicing inside, you can use an electric drill to drill holes at the corresponding position on the keel, and then use flat head (countersunk head) aluminum rivets to rivet; if it is a board with glue seams outside, you can use steel tail screws (also called flange screws or phoenix nails) to drill directly into the keel through the connection holes of the aluminum angle code to fix the aluminum plate, but you must pay attention to controlling the tightness of the drill bit to adjust the aluminum plate.
5. When the aluminum plate is brought in for trial assembly, first fix the aluminum plate slightly on the keel, pay attention to the installation accuracy control, and adjust the plate before tightening.
6. When installing aluminum veneers, install them on the wall in sequence according to the numbers on the aluminum plate.
7. The installation of aluminum plates starts from the front, large area, and corners, and the principle of installation from top to bottom.
8. The connection between the aluminum plate and the keel must meet the requirements of the drawings, be firm and reliable, and bolts must be installed.
9. The connection structure of the curtain wall corners and surrounding walls, upper and lower seals, and the treatment of deformation joints should meet the design requirements. 10. Node structure and closing treatment
①Wallboard node: Usually, the joints of the nodes are prone to unevenness or uneven board surfaces. Therefore, one side of the board should be installed first, aligned and positioned, and the installation position of the other side board should be determined by horizontal and vertical control lines. After both sides of the board meet the requirements, the rivets are pulled out in turn and the pressure plate is fixed;
②The lower end of the wall is closed. A special water retaining plate is made according to the actual size to seal the lower end, and the gap between the board and the wall is covered to prevent rainwater from seeping into the room;

12. After the aluminum plate is installed, cover the parts that are easily contaminated with plastic film or other materials for protection.
Precautions for the preparation of aluminum veneer installation construction:
1. Check the construction drawings and the actual measured dimensions on site in detail to ensure the perfection of the in-depth design and processing. At the same time, check carefully with the structural node diagram. If there are any inconsistent parts, correct the design as soon as possible.
2. Check whether the quality of the horizontal and vertical keels meets the requirements of the drawings. The installation of horizontal and vertical keels shall meet the requirements of design specifications. The connecting bolts of horizontal and vertical keels shall not be missed. In order to ensure the installation accuracy of the board, it is advisable to use a theodolite to penetrate the horizontal beam and vertical frame rods. The deformation joints, settlement joints, and variable cross-sections should be properly handled to meet the use requirements.
3. The material and processing geometric dimensions of metal connectors must meet the design requirements. The material must have a factory certificate and a retest report.
4. The connection between the connector and the vertical keel must be reliable, and the spring pad should not be missed.
5. Check the material, color, strength, appearance, processing accuracy, etc. of the aluminum plate to see if it meets the design and national standards.
(1) Check the processing accuracy of the length and width deviation, diagonal size difference, parallelism deviation of the aluminum plate: All processing accuracy requirements of United Century Aluminum Panel are implemented according to our company standards that are far higher than national standards.
(2) Check the flatness of the aluminum plate surface: The flatness of the plate surface is checked with a 3m ruler, and the allowable deviation is 3mm. The vertical and horizontal positions of the plate surface are checked with a 3m ruler, with an allowable deviation of 2.5mm. The angles are checked with a square ruler, with an allowable deviation of 2.5mm.
(3) Check the folding angle of the aluminum plate and the angle deviation of the multi-fold plate: it must be within ±0.50, the fillet radius of the aluminum plate folding edge must meet the design requirements, and the folding edge must be formed in one step.
(4) The position of the riveted lugs on the plate folding edge is correct.
(5) The surface of the processed and formed plate provided shall not have obvious indentations, marks, depressions or other traces, and the plate surface shall be free of damage, hidden damage or spots.
(6) The nails used to connect the rib plate to the back of the aluminum plate shall not have obvious protrusions, depressions or coating surface that affects the appearance after the nailing is completed, and the aluminum plate shall be firmly fixed.
(7) The aluminum plate shall be marked according to the requirements of the design drawing.
6. When the plates arrive at the site, they shall be stacked according to the specification number to prevent collision and pollution.
7. Scaffolding shall be set up before installation and the hanging basket for installation and operation shall be inspected and accepted by the relevant departments. Check whether the scaffolding meets the requirements of curtain wall construction and specifications.
