Aluminum veneer refers to the building decoration material produced by processing after chromization and other treatments, and then using fluorocarbon paint technology. Fluorocarbon paint mainly refers to polyvinyl fluoride epoxy resin (KANAR500), which is divided into three types: topcoat, paint, and topcoat.
The painting process is generally divided into two coats, three coats, or four coats. Fluorocarbon spray coating has excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance, can resist the harm of acid rain, corrosion and various air pollutants, has good heat and cold resistance, can withstand direct exposure to ultraviolet light, can always remain non-fading and non-delamination, and has a long service life.
Construction process
The construction process of aluminum plastic board and aluminum veneer is roughly the same. The biggest difference is that aluminum plastic board is processed into the required shape and specifications on the construction site, and has great construction playability. Aluminum veneer is processed and formed by Chinese manufacturers. Due to the precision of Chinese machinery and equipment, some minor inconveniences are often encountered during the construction process. In addition, in terms of ensuring the supply cycle during the construction process, the mass production of metal composite panels is much faster than the production of aluminum veneer panels, and the guarantee of construction period progress is also higher.
