Part One: Automatic Cap Feeding System
This system utilizes the principle of the bottle cap's center of gravity. Through a precisely designed cap feeding mechanism, it automatically sorts and orients disordered bottle caps, ensuring that caps are output smoothly in a uniform direction (opening upwards or downwards). Its working principle involves a microswitch monitoring the amount of bottle caps in the hopper in real time and controlling the conveyor scraper to feed bottle caps into the cap feeder at a uniform speed and in a quantitative manner according to production needs, keeping the bottle caps in the feeder in optimal working condition at all times. This system is suitable for the capping needs of products of various specifications and can steplessly adjust its production capacity according to product specifications and characteristics. It can be perfectly matched with various capping machines and thread sealing machines.
Part Two: Automatic Capping System
This part integrates multiple tasks such as cap scraping, capping, clamping, bottle conveying, and capping. When a bottle enters the capping station, the equipment uses precise mechanical coordination to complete actions such as cap picking, pre-spinning, and constant torque tightening, ensuring that each cap is tightened to the set torque value without damaging the cap or bottle neck, while guaranteeing the consistency of the finished product's seal.
The entire machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts adopt a standardized design, ensuring high interchangeability and fully complying with the production environment requirements of GMP cleanrooms.
